Bridgestone Europe is a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation – the world’s largest manufacturer of tyres and rubber products. Bridgestone Corporation sells products in over 150 countries and employs over 126,000 employees across the globe. In 2006 Bridgestone Corporation’s net sales were over 25 billion euro. Net sales in Europe were 2.67 billion euro.
Bridgestone Europe is a key division of Bridgestone Corporation. We design, manufacture, test and sell tyres to almost all mass market vehicle manufacturers on the market today, for example: Audi, BMW, General Motors, Mercedes, Toyota , Volkswagen, etc as well as to the replacement market. We export products outside of Europe, including to Japan.
From 2007 to 2010 we are the sole tyre supplier to the FIA Formula One World Championship and we currently supply Bridgestone Protenza race tyres to all Formula One teams.
